- High-traffic web app on one server — Performance & security. Tuned queries and indexes, added caching, organised multiple MySQL databases within one project, and put the stack behind Cloudflare with firewall and rate-limiting rules. Result: Serves around 4,000 requests an hour on one standard server — and stayed online through a DDoS attack. Stack: Laravel, MySQL, Ubuntu, Cloudflare.
- Reauris (https://reauris.com) — AI product. A Next.js platform with an AI companion powered by an LLM API, private journaling, and a fast, SEO-friendly blog. Result: Live at reauris.com — guided content, journaling and on-demand AI support in one cohesive product. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, LLM API.
- Gold Travels — Booking & admin. A booking and admin system: an Angular front end on a Laravel API and MySQL database, with role-based access for staff. Result: One place to manage bookings and operations, replacing scattered manual tracking. Stack: Angular, Laravel, MySQL.
- Sparkdura (https://sparkdura.reauris.com) — Local-first PWA. A Next.js PWA that stores everything in the browser, with optional Google sign-in that syncs to MySQL local-first, plus automatic backups to the user's own Google Drive. Result: Live at sparkdura.reauris.com — installable on phone and desktop, works offline, syncs when back online. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Docker.
- Cipher — Encrypted messaging. End-to-end encrypted chat on the XMTP network (MLS encryption on the device), with a React web client and an Expo app for iOS and Android, QR contact sharing and a passkey lock. Result: Web, iOS and Android clients that message each other; servers only ever relay ciphertext. Stack: React, React Native, Expo, XMTP.
- E.L.L.A. — Private AI assistant. A voice assistant that runs entirely on-device: a local LLM via Ollama, Whisper speech-to-text and Piper voice, joined by a FastAPI hub to an Ionic app, a Chrome extension and a macOS automation daemon. Result: A working private assistant with no cloud LLM and no speech data leaving the machine. Stack: Python, FastAPI, Ollama, Angular / Ionic.
- 3D board games — WebGL & game AI. Chess, Reversi and Tic-Tac-Toe in WebGL with real engines: perft-verified chess move generation, time-boxed alpha-beta search for Reversi and an exact solver for Tic-Tac-Toe, each with four strengths. Result: Three polished, tested games on one shared design system, playable against the computer or pass-and-play. Stack: React, Three.js, TypeScript, Vite.
- HandShape 3D — Computer vision. Real-time hand tracking (21 landmarks per hand) with MediaPipe, mapped to pinch-and-drag gestures that draw ten shape tools and freehand strokes rebuilt as 3D solids. Result: Air sculpting that runs in the browser on an ordinary webcam. Stack: MediaPipe, Three.js, React.
